👤 2. Eligibility

By creating an account on Gorishta, you confirm that:

• ✓ You are 18 years of age or older.
• ✓ You are mentally and legally capable of entering into a marriage contract (where applicable).
• ✓ You are not currently married unless you have legally dissolved your previous marriage.
• ✓ You are seeking a spouse in good faith for the purpose of marriage.
• ✓ You agree to provide truthful and accurate information on your profile.
• ✓ You are not a member of the Ahmadiyah community (per our platform policy).

🔐 3. Account Registration

• ✓ You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• ✓ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• ✓ You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• ✓ You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• ✓ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

🤝 4. User Conduct

When using Gorishta, you agree to:

• ✓ Be respectful — treat all users with dignity, kindness, and Islamic etiquette.
• ✓ Be honest — provide truthful information about yourself and your intentions.
• ✓ Protect privacy — do not share others' personal information without consent.
• ✓ Communicate respectfully — avoid offensive, harassing, or inappropriate language.
• ✓ Follow Islamic values — maintain modesty and halal conduct at all times.

🚫 5. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Gorishta:

• ✗ False or misleading information — including fake identities, photos, or profiles.
• ✗ Inappropriate content — explicit, offensive, or sexually suggestive content.
• ✗ Discriminatory content — based on race, religion, caste, or any other protected characteristic.
• ✗ Commercial content — advertisements, solicitations, or promotional material.
• ✗ Abusive or harassing content — threats, bullying, or targeted harassment.
• ✗ Fraudulent content — scams, financial solicitations, or deceptive practices.

💳 6. Subscriptions & Payments

• ✓ Gorishta offers both free and paid subscription plans with different features and benefits.
• ✓ All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• ✓ Payments are processed securely through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Stripe, or Bank Transfer.
• ✓ Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• ✓ Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Please review plan details before subscribing. Contact us for exceptional cases.
• ✓ You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

🪙 7. Credits

• ✓ Credits are an in-app currency that can be used to unlock premium features on Gorishta.
• ✓ Credits can be purchased in various packs and are non-refundable.
• ✓ Credits do not expire and remain valid as long as your account is active.
• ✓ Credits can be used for: unlocking contacts, requesting photo access, profile boosts, and more.
• ✓ We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or usage with reasonable notice.

• ✓ All content on Gorishta — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Gorishta or its licensors.
• ✓ You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• ✓ You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for platform functionality.
• ✓ The Gorishta name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without permission.

🔒 9. Privacy

⛔ 10. Termination

• ✓ You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• ✓ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• ✓ Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
• ✓ We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period or violate community guidelines.

⚠️ 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ✓ Gorishta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• ✓ We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that all profiles are accurate.
• ✓ We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcomes of relationships formed on the Platform.
• ✓ Users are responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions.
• ✓ We recommend involving family and trusted advisors in the matrimonial process.

🛡️ 12. Limitation of Liability

• ✓ To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gorishta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• ✓ Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
• ✓ We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gorishta and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
